Ashley is the mother of four boys. She has a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and teaches prenatal yoga and natural childbirth classes at her yoga studio, Home holistic in Overland Park Kansas. She is a birth doula and has attended over 650 births. She loves supporting and empowering women as a counselor, a yoga teacher and a doula. Ashley also has her own podcast, the Mindful Mama Movement.
