Essential Oils

I had always heard about essential oils and used them here and there, not understanding what they truly were all about until my dad was diagnosed with brain cancer and I became a "daughtercologist".

I worked in the pharmaceutical industry and had a health sciences background. I was desperate to support my father with more than modern medicine. I knew he was going to die but I wanted to give him hope, and as much health as possible in the time he had left.

Over the months that followed, I learned just how powerful these little bottles could be. It all started with a 1:00AM discovery on pub med about the power of frankincense in reducing brain inflammation. I had no idea the door that had just been opened. My dad's death was the catalyst for many things in my life, and learning more about essential oils was one of them. They are now a staple in my life, my home, and my coaching.
